You acknowledge that BandBlogs.com does not pre-screen Content, but that BandBlogs.com and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable.

You understand that all Content posted to the BandBlogs.com system or otherwise transmitted via the Service is the sole responsiblity of the individual who originally posted the Content.
